 June 15th Webinar Is Open for Registration!

         "Authority RMS & Digital Case Management Webinar" 

IIn this session, we will demonstrate  the process of using CMI’s Records Management System (RMS) for law enforcement agencies. Here, attendees will get to see how Authority RMS is a forms based system, utilizing familiar law enforcement forms (OH-1, OUTT, NIBRS) for data entry. Authority RMS is also a "Digital Case Manager", allowing Officers to attach all of their forms, pictures, videos, and all other evidentiary materials into one location for easy access and management, plus much more!. Mark Jordan and Mark Bell from CMI’s Public Safety Unit will lead the one hour discussion and demonstration.

Each Webinar will be approximately 60 minutes in duration, and they will originate from our offices in Englewood, Ohio.  There will be time set aside at the end of each Webinar for Q&A as well, so that you can have your questions answered by CMI technical staff.

CMI Infusion 2011

 

Please save the date of 1-Nov-2011 for CMI Infusion 2011 – CMI’s all users fall meeting.

 There will be some changes from previous years:

  • Format – This will be primarily a one day event running from 9:30am to 5:00pm on Tuesday 1-Nov-2011, so that most users can drive in that morning and leave that evening if time and money are major considerations.
  • Location – The meeting will be held at the Conference Center at NorthPointe in Lewis Center, Ohio this year, not at Deer Creek state park. This is just north of Columbus and easily accessible from I-71 and I-270. For anyone flying in, a shuttle is available from Port Columbus Airport.
  • Tracks – There will be six simultaneous tracks, so come with enough coworkers to absorb all the information and action
    • Finance & Payroll
    • Utility
    • Tax
    • Safety
    • Justice
    • Management, Technical, and Generic Skills
  • Cost – Registration for this year’s conference has been reduced from $200 per attendee to just $95 per attendee. This, along with the saving of not needing overnight accommodations makes the event affordable for everyone. If you desire overnight accommodations the Conference Center will have a conference/government rate of $109 for a single room.
  • Optional programs
    • There will still be a “tired traveler” reception the night before (31-Oct-2011) for those of you choosing to drive in that evening. Also the ever popular Euchre and Texas Hold’em tournaments will be held at this time. The cost of this dinner will be separate from the one day registration.
    • On the day after (Wednesday 2-Nov-2011), CMI will be offering specific training classes for skills and knowledge relevant to all of our applications. The cost of these classes will be separate from the one day registration.
