to common user questions

CMI’s Frequently Asked Questions site offers CMI clients an organized platform for resolutions to questions that are frequently asked of the CMI Support Center. As an added benefit, CMI has included an area in which clients can download UDRs provided by other agencies and CMI consultants. Users can also upload UDRs that they feel would be helpful to other CMI clients.

Information on this site will be continually updated in order to provide CMI clients with the most current information possible.

• GOOGLE API for geocoding services update

  CMI has created a software installer to update this functionality to now use the GOOGLE API geocoding mapping functions. Please be aware that this functionality for geocoding is provided by GOOGLE, not CMI and is subject to change.
  
  The new interface is easy to use and shows a GOOGLE map of the location(s) queried. If you have any questions regarding usage of this new functionality, please contact support at 800-686-9313 and speak with a support representative.
